01 / An honest moment
You don't have to find
the perfect words.
Choose a moment and read how a reflection actually begins. See exactly how it works.
Choose a sample moment
Prepared examples. No live AI.
When life feels full
Example“I keep saying yes to things I don't have room for. I'm not sure who I'm trying to keep happy.”
You've already named the pattern — the yes that costs you something.
What would it look like to make room for the people and responsibilities God has actually entrusted to you?
You can be generous without being available for everything.
A small next step
Pause before my next yes.
02 / Your words. Your pace.
Some things are
easier to say.
You don't have to make it sound like a prayer. Speak naturally, or take your time with the words on the page.
Voice comes with Supporter. Text is always free to start.

Seeds growing
1 of 4Say no to one thing this week.
It comes back in a few weeks and asks whether it held — and “not yet” is a real answer.
I said yes again, and I don't know who I'm trying to keep happy.
I keep waiting for someone to tell me it's alright to stop.
A filled dot means the reflection reached a blessing; a hollow one was left unfinished. Sample journal.
03 / Something to carry forward
Small beginnings.
Room to grow.
Name one thing you'd like to change, and come back to it — including the seeds that haven't taken yet.

Before you begin.
The limits matter as much as the promise.
Is Soulv a priest, or a replacement for Confession?
No. Soulv is an AI-assisted Catholic reflection companion. It cannot hear sacramental Confession or give absolution, and it is not a substitute for a priest, a spiritual director, a therapist, or emergency support. It points you to the sacrament, never around it.
What is happening in the examples on this page?
They are prepared, fictional examples — not live AI responses and not personal spiritual direction. Choosing a moment or planting an intention only changes this page for this visit.
Do I need an account?
No. No name, no email, no password, no profile — nothing you write is visible to anyone else using Soulv.
What stays on my phone?
Your Growth journal is stored locally on your device. An active reflection is sent to Soulv's backend and an AI provider to generate a response. Soulv's backend may also retain conversation content under a device identifier for service analysis. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is Soulv free?
One reflection each month is free, with no account required. Supporter adds voice reflection, more reflections, seeds, and your full Growth history.
What if I'm in crisis?
Soulv is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number now. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24/7.
