Soulv exists to help you bring one real moment—a decision, a struggle you keep circling back to, a quiet gratitude—into honest Catholic reflection, so you leave with a clearer next step and a nudge back toward prayer.
The problem

It gets summarized into a single line at the end of a long day, or left unsaid until it’s forgotten. Soulv is built to meet that gap directly—a personal space to say what’s actually happening, in your own words, at the moment you actually have it in mind.
From there, Soulv is designed to help you reflect on it honestly and carry one small thing forward, whether that’s a Scripture connection, a question for prayer, or something worth bringing to a priest or spiritual director.
